Every year the Middlesex Sheriffs Department hosts a safety camp for local youth. On July 7, 2004 Billerica Police Officers Craig Grogan and Steve Cogswell volunteered to demonstrate a felony traffic stop. Campers got an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about law enforcement.
