In response to a constant flow of complaints regarding illegal recreation vehicle use in the Town of Billerica the department instituted a dirt bike patrol. This motorcycle is a street-legal machine able to transverse just about any terrain Billerica can dish out. Its ability to respond to remote locations within minutes, regardless of terrain, is a huge advantage for the Patrol Division. Whether it is a lost child, an injured hiker or recreational vehicle enforcement, this machine can respond immediately.
